Big Computer Problem?

Okay, this is my mom's computer right. She dowloaded McAfee Security Center with all the Spam Killer and everything and that is where it went totally wrong. Well, the security center kept saying she was not protected BUT did not tell her why or how to fix it. She paid $140 for this thing and now it says she is not protected. She tried everything then I tried everything, and I am better at fixing computers than her. Then she called McAfee and stayed on hold for an hour. She got a refund. Then she got back on the comp. and it froze, completely froze. She [unched CTRL + ALT + Delete so many times that the LCD screen flipped! I mean literally she has to work on the computer with the desktop upside down!!! We need help and we need it bad. We need someone who has either had this problem before and fixed it or knows how to fix it. I deleted McAfee and dowloaded a probram of CNet and the comp. is running better. But the screen is still flipped. How do I fix it?
