I gave my uncle my old desk top so he can go on the internet in our basement. It was cleaned up by a good computer guy. I wonder what happened. His computer went whack. Now Our security system ((McAfee)) says that this file: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\spoolvs.exe can not be repaired and is infected with New Malware.j

it gives the choices to delete of quarantine it. ANY HELPP?? PLEASE

To clean up your virus/spyware problems

Update your anti-virus

Update your anti-spyware software.

Restart your PC in safe mode

After you reboot back to normal mode, down load and install ccleaner to fix any registry problems.

Quarantine it first and have the entire disk scanned for more infected files. If the Windows fails to operate right after quarantining , have the entire disk reformatted and the Operating System reinstalled.
Since McAfee offers the choice to quarantine or delete, pick up a choice ;) that's simple, that's what antivirus is meant for.
Goto it and delete it!
