I installed a copy of Norton's Internet Security on a newly purchased computer with Windows Vista. The program states that it ''Needs Attention'' and the protection and spyware udpates are not updated. When I click on the ''Fix It'' it goes through the live update but the definitions did not update? How can I fix this? Thanks.

turn off the norton and then back on.click on the system tray icon and click exit.then a popup will show asking are you sure you want to disable- clcik yes. then go to the desk top icon or if you dont have one then start-all programs-norton security and click on it and restart it. this should fix your issue;s. good luck.
